no idea. you can just look in your phone's notifications to find out.....oh wait......this is most likely not your phone.
so the problem is that we get this question almost on a daily basis. the thing is that there are million upon millions of apps that use notification icons. so unless it is an app like facebook or youtube, you will most likely get guess from us.
if you insist on going behind someone's back to know, then you can try a reverse image search:

the easiest way is to just ask....well maybe it is not that easy.....lol
