Help Oneplus 8 pro fingerprint not working

My fingerprint configuration not working :/ He doesn't recognize my fingerprints.

Have you any idea or propotition?

Delete your fingerprints and start over.

If you can't register your fingerprint then there's an issue with the fingerprint scanner, which is hardware related.
Otherwise try a factory reset of the device.

Well, have you tried going to your security settings and enabled it from there? It's not automatically going to work

Do you have a case for your device?
Maybe it's hindering it from scanning.
If not, then it's a hardware issue that needs to be fixed

Odd, but I have seen people that their fingerprint won't register in a biometric device. Some time ago I setup a biometric timeclock for attendance and out of 40 people, 2 had to be given a numeric code. One was a RN (Registered Nurse) and his fingertips were dissolved by some chemical... Weird.

Ensure that your finger or the fingerprint sensor is not wet or dirty.
