Hello everyone, I have a problem and I hope someone can help me. I want the mobile data to be always on and the user can't turn it off.
I would appreciate it if someone could help me with a solution.

Are you developing an app? I don't think I would want an app to have control of my mobile data and have it on all the time.

Maybe you should start with what exactly you are trying to do.

I need this to be in touch with my girl all the time. She is 10 years old and goes to school and other activities alone. It's for her safety.

mobile data is pretty much always on unless you turn it off. there is no locking mechanism for this. is your daughter turning it off? are you using any kind of parental control apps?

Have you talked with other parents at her school about which and at what level parental control services they're using? Has her school administration released any documentation on school policies regarding kids and their personal mobile devices?

Developer mode will allow that on Android 9 and up.
