Is There Any Application to Periodically and Automatically Save Off Contacts to a Restore File?

I am using Google Contacts on a Google Pixel 6. Is there any way for me to periodically archive my Google Contacts list to a file AUTOMATICALLY?

Is there any tool that would let me selectively re-import individual entries in the saved copy of the file? The latter is very important as I never want to restore hundreds of Contacts all at once. If not, then am I stuck having to manually create an import CSV file by manually editing a manually created export file?

What other key Google resources should I be backing up to files on a computer?

maybe taskers.....but why not just make sure that your google account is sync'd? google backs up your contacts thru the cloud.
