Best software to transfer all data A54 --> A54

Years ago, Syncios Data Transfer worked great. But it hasn't been updated. Metro Stores recommend Samsung Smart Switch and are unaware of other choices. Which app is the best to use for an A54 to A54 transfer, and what will the app NOT transfer?

I have a MacBookPro 16" M1 if a laptop is needed.
