Android TV, itvx, no Live Streaming option

I've got itvx on my Android TCL TV

ITVx doesn't have live streaming option.
Logged in with the same account, it's OK on a mobile.

What can I do?
I've searched Google and YouTube, no one else has this problem

I can watch loads of other things on catch-up - but live streaming missing ‍♂️

well according to the itvx website only certain connected tv have the live option.

You can watch live TV on our website the ITVX app and some Connected TVs The channels you can stream are ITV1 ITV2 ITVBe ITV3 ITV4 and CITV as

The live TV feature is currently available on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Freesat, LG Smart TVs, Now/Roku streaming players, Samsung Smart TVs (2017 and above), Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream puck, Virgin Media (TV360 and Stream), Xbox One/S/X and Xbox Series X/S.

Some Freeview models also support live TV on ITVX. You’ll know if live TV is available on yours if you can see a ‘Live’ icon in the menu on the left hand side of the screen (see image below).

have you tried using the tv's web browser?

I think this "Android TCL TV" is probably a smart TV with the "Android TV" platform built-in, so according to that list you quote it should be supported. But I've never seen one in real life (either a TCL TV or any "Android TV" device) so can't say anything more than that.
