what a crazy thing to happen that affected so many people all over the world. how did this happen? does this show how vulnerable our tech is? this was no hack or virus. this was all done by CrowdStrike themselves.

i was at a gas station and a couple of people could not use credit cards to get gas. they were only accepting cash or a Shell credit card( i was at a Shell gas station). luckily i had a Shell gas card and was able to get gas.

has anybody else been affected by this?

yeah it has also affected all flights. my friend was at LAX and he said the crowds and lines inside was just off the rails.

I also read on ESPN the Twins weren't able to fly home for a Friday game, so it was cancelled

yep, they updated their software and it f'd up everything......just crazy!!!!!

Apparently there's no problems in this part of the world. Because nobody here uses ClownStrike with MicroSloth..

Delta is still behind the curve, having cancelled thousands of flights again today.
I’m guessing it’s probably due to cutbacks (“we don’t need all those tech people, do we?”), but in any event it has triggered a DOT investigation.

As if that will help {eye roll}…

My niece is stuck in FL, Delta still hasn't been able to get her back home to LA, she was supposed to have been on a Sunday flight.

My daughter had to pay out another $1,500 for flights to the Olympics to see the early events they had already paid for. Doesn't seem right.
