Media still pinned after having swipe left and it is at the bottom of the swipe down menu...

On my moto edge plus, no matter what I do, still lingers on it forever and ever..
Should I factory reset it again, or is there a much simpler way on how to make it just disapear?

why not just reboot? and when you say pinned, do you mean it is pinned to the home screen? or someplace else? can you post a screen shot?

I have reseted it a few dozen times, every time I put it on, it always just stays there.. oh wait I think the problem solved itself, somehow it wanted mtto show notifcations and it went away easy,

I have a music player Called Lark Player, seems pretty awesome over all.
