Bath matt question.

Every day I toss my blue bath matt with suction cups on the tiles, sometimes it hangs on, but lately it has been sort of hanging by only a few of the cups,
I put it on the tiles as far as I wonder, my question with the cups, is it just slime build up underneath each one?

It won't hurt a thing to give the cups a bit of a scrub. The tiles should be clean as well. The cups might simply be losing their elasticity.

That slime build up is mold and mildew.
I use this product weekly to keep the build up from forming. Spray both the mat and the shower floor.

It is also machine washable too. I will spray some clorox in the morning after I am finished with it.

Make sure the Clorox will not change the color of the mat, bleach will remove color from items....
Do a test spray first to make sure it doesn't remove the color of the mat.

My question; Why are you using a bath matt?
Those things aren't sanitary, and most times develop mold and dirt underneath.

Seriously a slippery bath since I was born, always fret of falling.

Think a tub from the seventies, nothing but tiles and about a 4 inches walk up from the soap and to the shower.
No windows or anything, a great indoor heating room from time to time.
"Rich people have no idea.." kind of tub.

I put a similar product in the hall bath tub that I converted into a shower for the kids. It lasted through the kids use without a problem.

My brain would not accept it though. I did try it a few times when staying at my brother-in-laws place though, it felt strange.
