Launcher recommendations

I just got a replacement for my Galaxy s23, so I'm in the process of repopulating it. i was using the Nova Launcher, but it's got some issues that are known but are not being dealt with. One is creating, or not being able to add items to existing folders.

Is there a reliable alternative with similar features?

Also, I have enabled "Show apps screen button on home screen", but it does not.

Is there a way to have the home screen continue to navigate beyond the last page back to the first and so on instead of stopping at the last page?

Nova has been an excellent launcher but, my go to one is always Action or Smart launcher if you want to re-lable every app and pin them on the home screens pretty awesome, there comes with a one time pay of like a few dollars for 3D, blur and set up your feeds, mine is mostly of Video games, android news, Bleeding cool news. It is all handy and you can customize various fonts and colors to your hearts compemt on both, they are free on the play store.
 
so with the nova launcher in order to unlock more customizations, you will need to purchase the nova prime addition. it is a one time fee and will carry over to your next device. i do not have any issues wityh adding to existing folders. you can also make the homescreen infinite where you can continue to scroll back to the beginning if you scroll in one direction. you can also add as many homescreens that you like.

now if you want to try something else, i can't help you with that as i really like the nova launcher....been using it since the 1st days of android.

Thanks. I'm checking out the Smart launcher

The "Show apps screen button on home screen" setting question? The button was sent to the dock, not the home screen. I can't remove it from there without disabling the setting, thus I can't move it from there to the home screen.

Just set it to the right, and you can have it swiped to the right and now the down :)
