Years ago, my doctor said that with my height and build, my goal should be 250 pounds. I'm now 20 something below that.

It would have been great if I had lost it 20 years ago. ¯\_(☯෴☯)_/¯
I only eat one meal a day, these days, too. I just don't have the appetite that I once had.

I quit eating breakfast when I left home. It was fried pork, usually bacon, and eggs every day growing up. We never ate box cereal. I quit eating lunch when I started my own business. It seemed a waste of time. I could work across the lunch hour and get home an hour earlier to start my second job.. mowing. Mostly greed (survival) driven I just lost the desire to eat a mid day meal. My children that are now in their late thirties and forties do not eat lunch. The body adapts. I'm real certain early man didn't eat three meals a day and was likely far healthier than today's man. He ate no JUNK. Most all modern foods to be purchased are not healthy.

My sister and I where watching Halmark, of where they show a Galaxy Ring, and she asked me, hey is that real, and I said "Yeah me and the boys at the android forums are talking about that, it is a real product."

Never.
Ever.
Again.
Birdy.
You have been replaced with drops.

I contacted Publix corporate customer service using the online contact form. I specifically asked why their frozen sliced strawberries don't have an inner safety seal film under the lid. After getting home with this product, I called the store and the associate went to check the other tubs. She confirmed that none of them have anything under the lid except frozen strawberries.

I told Publix that every other store I've bought this type of product, whether store or third party brand, a thin plastic film covers the contents. I added that I'm old enough to remember the Tylenol murders that started the entire need for safety seals; and that I wasn't comfortable consuming food that just anyone can access before I buy it.

This was the response I got: and it took my regard for Publix to an all-time low. If Publix is more concerned about making "the best choices for our planet" than making the best choices for their customers, then so be it. I'll let the planet buy groceries there.

Yeah I remember those Tylenol murders case, I heard of a few too. Awesome job to contact Publix.

I've been watching the Lost Treasures Of Egypt series some. Why hasn't a sand removal vacuum such as used to dredge the ocean ports etc used? If such a machine hasn't been invented, I think it's time. Being as they are removing the desert with a paint brush and a bucket brigade, it seems it might be useful. :)

Probably the same reason that backhoes and other machines are banned.
Those archeologists definitely have more patience than me. Getting to within digging distance to something and then having to wait till next season...
