Another walmart problem

My friend got a set of bedding from them. It has sheets abd pillowcases as well as a bed skirt and comforter. She wants to replace the comforter and the plastic bag that holds them all. It's king size and paisley on one side with a white background. The other side is light green. The plastic bag is transparent. She tried to email walmart with photos but they never responded.

No, she doesn't. She hasn't had much luck dealing with them in person and decided to try that. Their customer service is not very good.
 
She isn't returning the comforter. It was damaged. She just wants to get another one.
Yeah we all been there, right when you know you have purchase something and turns out it was useless, while a spell ago I just recently purchase a cable connector for your pc into a pc tye connector, after unscrewing the tv back of this, just discovered I had a link up on the far bottom of it, my ADHD forgot that and I had to pick it up, too bad the box I discard..

so what if she had issue with their customer service. if the comforter is damaged and is within their return policy, why would you not go in and demand another one? it is within the customer's right to return something that falls within their return policy. if she had an issue in the past from a certain store, just go into another one and do the return there.

if she does not want to do that then she is just s.o.l. she will have to buy another one. i do not know what more you expect for us to say here. the other option is to buy from a better retailer like Target. or you can buy from amazon. they have a really good return policy. never had any issues with them.

I've returned or exchanged items through their normal customer service area. I've never tried any other route because they have a designated area that is well staffed to take care of returns. It seemed to me, that for whatever reason, they decided that avenue for returns was the best for customer satisfaction.

Apparently they are out of the particular product. She wants an exact replacement. Why is it that difficult to contact walmart?
have her go into a store. if they do not have it, they should be able to order her one. if they can't order it, then just have her ask for a full refund. i worked in retail management for almost 10 years so i know how returns work for these brick and mortar stores.
