Need custom recovery and how to install it via my phone.

Now I was ported here. Im new here and I hope someone can help.

Now I own a Lenovo A690
OS : 2.3.6 gingerbread
512mb ram and expanded internal via LINK2SD

I got no custom recovery for my phone. I once entered my stock recovery and after that, I wasn't able to do it again. It just boots to startup.

I want to install my custom recovery (If there is any) thru my phone only because I just recently broke my PC.

It is next to impossible to install a custom recovery via phone, especially in that early version of Android. Also there never was any development on XDA so there isn't any custom recovery for that model.
