The two phone were nothing. The Rezound still had a sim but had been wiped. The M8 was without a sim but still had data so I factory reset it. Neither are worth anything so they hit the trash. I wish I still had my HTC Incredible. Just about everyone in the family used that phone one time or another. It served me well and then was a great reliable backup. Last time I loaned it out, it never came home.
Why not paperweights? :)

Wow no data, that sucks.

Both phones were my wife's. Both phones still took a charge and were bootable without any noticeable battery swelling. I have no idea now why she moved on from them but they were kept to be a backup device and wiped clean for someone of the family to use between phones or contracts. Nice looking phones with no visible damage. They are just old and unsupported devices. I think google put a fair price at $40 for the M8.

That's a good looking watch. I got out of the smart watch game about 6 years ago and went back to a Citizen EcoDrive.
I loved my smart watches when I was working. I could mute my music from the watch if someone wanted to talk to me. I could see at a glance if I should answer a call or text or let it wait. Carrying my phone in a front pocket under my nail apron made it far from a quick draw. After retirement, it isn't nearly so important. Though my last smartwatch is still working well and continues to have great battery life, all I need out of a watch nowadays is the time... and time isn't all that important.

I bought a Seiko self winding watch back in the early seventies. It was a decent looking watch and kept great time. When the first affordable digital watch came out, I just had to have one. It was an expensive turd. It kept terrible time and you had to push a button on the watch to light up the display. I think it was called an Armatron. I sold my Seiko to my dad. He wore it daily until he died in 2006 and I got the watch back. I had already bought the Seiko I just repaired or I would be wearing that early 70's watch that has run flawlessly all these years. Tomorrow, I think I'll dig it out of the safe. I'm not certain which watch I have but they all still have a value more than the original cost. The value is that it was my father's... but I am curious. I had guessed that if it had a monetary value it would have been in the silver and turquois band he had on the watch and not the watch.

I'm not familiar with the Citizen watches. I did a quick google and see they make good looking watches. I've heard that they are good time pieces as well.

I dug my father's watch out of the safe, set the time and date, gave it a shake or two to wind it some and it took off running. After nearly forty years of service, I think it enjoyed it's twenty year rest and is ready to serve again. I've worn it since this morning and will likely wear it more often. I looked it up and it's not a highly collectable watch. It has a value that exceeds what I paid for it. It would be worth more if it still had it's original watchband and was in better shape. It has a silver and turquois band. The watch shows that it was a daily driver for someone in the construction business. The value to me is that it was my father's watch.

When your brain does not recongize your friend's voice after his biospy without hearing aids, and you go "huh..." yeah I was in the shower and listening to his new voice. I asked mom and she said "yeah it was Phil."
