I average drinking a third jug, 10 oz, of this unflavored electrolyte every day. It works well to limit the leg cramps I use to get from riding my bike. I order four jugs at time and I just received my latest order this afternoon.
Ah I drunk like a l0t 0f Gat0rade f0r my leg cramp a few weeks ag0.

Electrolytes are great for hydration and preventing cramps. I don't drink anything sweet and I hate any sort of flavor. There are multiple options at my local grocer but they are all flavored. Obviously, most people want it flavored. The unflavored I buy has a slight salty taste about it.

I'm a knife person.
Getting ready for the cruise, I left my daily carry knife at home
3 days without one drove me nuts so I went to Walmart and picked up this cheap and cheerful Ozark Trail.
I'm good till Saturday morning.

I was without my knife the week we visited daughter #2 in California. It's a weird feeling to have an empty pocket. My father gave me my first folder for my sixth birthday and I've carried something since. I think most guys my age carried a knife.
I never thought about buying something and leaving it when I flew back.

A quick funny story... my buddy gifted me a credit card knife. I carried it in my billfold for a couple of years. One day, as I was tossing business cards and the like to make my billfold a bit more comfortable to carry, I tossed the card knife on my desk. My son was over that night and was intrigued with it so I told him to take it. Fast forward a couple of years. He and his wife were flying to Puerto Vallarta for a vacation but the TSA busted him with the credit card knife in his billfold. He had totally forgotten he had the dang thing. It's funny now.. but it wasn't a bit funny at the airport.
