Ultimate droid has several that you can use, but I think it's just using the droidx one now. Liquid gingerbread has the best with the dancing gingerbread man, and the old tv effects when you turn the display off. I'm getting pretty bad about flashing back and forth between the two roms as well as trying about anything that comes along

i just hate the boot animation for it ... what are the boot animations look like for your two roms?
