I know a guy that has sold a few Tbolts locally and I've contacted him about my concerns about my question/s, he says I would have to "hack" the phone to work locally.
What does this "hack" mean and/or Do?
And if I can do it myself what are the procedures in doing it?
I've rooted my Dinc and installed various ROMs and I would like to get my feet wet with this awesome phone I have plugged into the charger waiting for some love.
    Thanks for your Time
    Matt
    Hello,
I came across a thread that you posted title is "Will unlocked HTC Thunderbolt work for AT&T".
My question though pertains to the HTC Thunderbolt and my local carrier.
I am from Guam and we have a few Carriers selling various cell phones from Verizon AT&T and I think some from T-Mobile.
ATM I own an HTC Droid Incredible running Skyraider 4.3 ROM*which is the shizz.\

Since word came out about the Thunderbolt I wanted it*I know there are better phones out but the Tbolt is a welcomed upgrade.
    My question is this:
Since both phones use the same frequencies for CDMA will my local carrier or myself for that matter have any issues activating the phone?
4G isn't really important to me as my Island doesn't have it yet*prolly won't even get it.

    Dang limits
