Woke up and my Xperia z keeps saying it when I try to open settings. No new apps. No updates. I'm not sure what's causing it. I'm on T-Mobile and 4.1.2. Any ideas?

Stuff saved on my SD card seem to be deleting itself frequently. No specific file types. Just anything randomly deletes any ideas? I have a 64gb Samsung class 10 SD card. Android 4.1.2 with T-Mobile. Some people told me the 4.1.2 is the problem but others have said they have no issues at all...

I dropped my phone earlier and when it turned back on an SD CES looking icon with a question mark is in the tray next to the Wi-Fi icon. My SD card is working fine as is the internal memory. Does anyone know what this icon means? It's between the GPS and Wi-Fi icon. :confused:
