I guess I should have thought of this immediately but I just changed my nav bar height to 36 and it feels like a sweet spot for having the size I need to still hit the buttons correctly. And the extra screen real estate is nice.

Check out the All Things Root sticky for the list of Jellybean roms that are available for the KF. The one with Galaxy Tab enhancements is pretty dang smooth, but I have also ran project Jandycane and Hashcode's JB too. Try em out!

Ok, glancing at extended batteries for the Gnex and this seems like a pretty good option. I bought them for the OG and they are good although admittedly they do not seem to hold a charge quite as well as the stock OG battery...but even though they drain a little, I still get better overall...

If you're a user of Google Music, you know by now that each time you flash a custom rom and reinstall google music, it counts as a new authorization towards your google music account and once you hit 10 authorizations, you have to go in and clear out past authorizations to make way for new ones...
