Whatever happened to Darkslide? It was the best rom on 595 GB, but since then has dropped off the face of the planet it seems like. I'm looking to load another rom, but I don't like liquid. DS was so fast and stable.

What is the output capability of the hdmi port on the Droid X? Besides the gallery, do apps like Hulu and Netflix work through it? What about other apps that are non-video?

Not sure what's going on, I'm running Darkslide. I keep getting a notification that backup assistant has failed. When I go in manually, the pin that I always enter keeps being rejected. I tell it forgot pin just in case, and then it still rejects the same 0000. Anyone else have this going on?

Just tried to SBF this Droid 2(not global). When I attempted it in RSD 4.9, it says failed to upload jump.... and the phone says FEBE 0047. I'm using this file for SBF: DROID2WE_X6_2.4.29_FULL.sbf Any idea? I'd like to unbrick this if possible.

I'm looking to buy one of these and convert into an Android tablet. I have a few questions though: Will most apps for android 2.2+ work on it if I run one of the roms posted? How is the battery life? Should I just buy a regular android tablet and call it a day instead?

Every so often if I go to change my wallpaper, I notice that when I select gallery it is vert slow, if not unsuccessful, to load gallery images and thumbnails. I have to unmount my sd card and remount then everything works again. Any idea?

I'm liking darkslide, extremely fast. My only gripe is the pull down notification menu, it's tinted but transparent and very difficult to see if anything busy is behind it. Any idea if that can be changed to something solid or just a less opaque background?
