Mine sucks. Anyone know how to get rid of it?

I bougth an Otterbox at Sprint and it didn't come with the screen protector? It was the last one they had and the rep didn't know if it was supposed to have one. My question...does the Otterbox come with a screen protector and if so how do I go about getting one? Thanks!!:D

When I'm on a call for over ten minutes the phone starts to heat up, it actually gets pretty warm. It will sometimes just dismiss the call, and twice it has completely shut down. What is this? Is there a fix for it or am I destined to a life of calls lasting no longer than 9 minutes!:(

where do they go? I can download them, play them and set them as a ringtone but after that they seem to "disappear" :confused: I now they're going somewhere in a folder but I can't find them.

Hi all...so since I did the froyo update my phone does this weird thing. If I'm talking on the phone and I get a text message, the phone will "ring" with the text notification ringer. I hate it!! How do I turn the in call notification off? THANKS!!:D
