Is this feature removed?

Considering this phone is supposed to be water and dust resistant, the battery cover shouldn't have movement, not even the slightest. Mine is a tad loose above the camera lens, only slight.

Mine has been naked since day 1 but now i noticed a small fine scratch which is visible when you intently stare at the screen under bright lights. My OCD is killing me now constraining me to put on a screen protector which i hate.

Thoughts?

Its actual measurement is only 4.25" and not 5". The HTC One only has 4" display and not 4.7". Why would they claim otherwise?
