this sounds serious. you really need to do a factory reset. this will answer if this is a software issue or not. my guess is that this is a hardware issue. but, the only way to know for sure is if you do the reset.

nope, you would have to root the phone as the samsung camera is a system app. and then learn code to alter the app. samsung does not like people to mess with their software.

there is no feature that i can find on my s25 ultra that will lock the recording button. you might do a search for a camera app that might have the ability to lock the recording, but i doubt there is one.....but you never know. the only thing i can think of that might work is to use the tasker...
