    Help Just updated to kitkat and am unable to get root back

    I have a boost mobile Galaxy S3. It was rooted with jellybean, but since I updated it to 4.4.2, I am unable to root it. I tried using Odin and CF-Autoroot and it looks like all goes well, except i have no root. I tried multiple times. Can anyone help me to properly root my device?

    Root a factory reset question

    I have the Transform Ultra (Rooted) and am using the stock ROM, is it ok for me to do a factory reset from the Privacy menu? If not, what do I ned to do to reset factory data? I am not wanting to un-root, just simply restore factory settings and keep root.
