There asking me for my phone number and my security pin, so they can look into my problem with their higher department. Are they trusted service or no?
Just got the Evo in the mail. Call customer service says I have to update to the $35 dollar plan I understand that. But I can't use the phone until the Fourth of AUG when I play my bill since I go into a authorized VM store and my bill with cash. This is dumb
I am going to buy the phone online and swap the phone online on the VM website, will that automatically sign me up for the mobile hotspot cause I do not want it.
Did anyone have the texting problem with this phone? Like people said that when they tried to sent a text message a error would come up. If anyone had this how did you fix it or what did VM told you to do?
