Rashr says recovery is flashed, but it's not. I try and flash TWRP with it and whenever i reboot to recovery, stock android recovery 3e. Anyone know my problem?

I have tried everything, from holding for a minute, 30 seconds, even 5 minutes, with usb, with wall charger, nothing has worked. and i know it is fully charged because it was fully charged before it didn't turn on. and i always have it charging.
