Root I ****** around with the system apks and my status bar was gone

The status bar was gone so i rebooted my phone and now it wont even load the phone it just keeps doing the boot up screen and noise
plz help i tried unbricking it with a stock rom. Sorry about caps im just pissed cuz i spent 5 hours trying to gix this i have the pn690 or something model lgl45c pn690 or something

Before you Do check the back
remove the Battery
And on the Sticker on the Back of the phone it will say the Phones Model
