I am using Defrost on a rooted Desire at the moment. I would like to restore the phone back to factory settings and wipe all data, but keep it rooted. Whats the best way to do this? Flash a Stock Desire ROM, or use the restore function in Recovery?

Anyone know a good one-click widget to switch on/off the mobile network? Have tried the one from Curvefish but its a shortcut and doesnt bring to the correct page.
