    Samsung S4 Mini backup problem on "movies"

    Hi Samsung S4 Mini: Android 4.2.2 jelly I am having a problem with my backup since yesterday, i plug my s4 mini, tried to backup everything, but suddenly when the backup went to "movies" stayed there, showing that is backing up with no result. The device is new and i don't have yet any videos...
