Samsung S4 Mini backup problem on "movies"

Hi

Samsung S4 Mini: Android 4.2.2 jelly

I am having a problem with my backup since yesterday, i plug my s4 mini, tried to backup everything, but
suddenly when the backup went to "movies" stayed there, showing that is backing up with no result. The device is new and
i don't have yet any videos or movies inside. I tried to backup again without clicking "movies" but same result, this time stuck to music, (no music inside) .

Back up by copying files from the phone to the computer. That way you get what you want backed up, you don't get what you don't need backed up, and you don't hang on empty categories. Programs are nice, but they do what the author of the program needed, not necessarily what you need.
