Root Possible 4G/HSPA+ fix for L70s running roms.
*First I must say, I have the "MS323" with Metro PCS and I've only tried this process on this device, so I can't vouch for what this will do on other phones or even other variants of the L70 and before I tried this I did a complete system backup in recovery and I would recommend that anyone else...- bogarty
