is there a program where it can download customizations for you? and then u can can just flash it when u reboot your phone? im using myn 2.2 btw if only certain roms can what are they?

i just flashed myn 2.2 using rom-manager. clear cache and everything like it said to do in the write up. but when it rebooted its stays on the white "htc evo 4g " screen. does it take really long to boot up? its been like 6 min so far
