    Root Best step by step

    I updated to the OTA of ICS and after having it for awhile I want to factory reset. But before I do I want to back up everything so I was going to root my phone, then use Titanium Back up.     To sideload ICS or not to sideload...

    I really want put ICS on to my DRM with the sideload method. I watched the video and it seems pretty simple and painless as long as you follow him exactly. I've just NEVER done anything like this to my phone before so I'm a big chicken and scared I'll somehow manage to fudge it up and ruin my phone.
