    Help SGS2 wifi hotspot speed too low?

    i have a question in my sgs2 the speed is 12mps down and 2mps up, but when i connect my laptop at wifi hotspot the max speed is 1.5mps down and 1mps up, can i setup to up the speed on the hotspot?

    my phone is a htc evo design software 1.11.653.0 710rd i just root my phone and download the famous tether wifi but dont work after try everithing i found a app called bernacle wifi tether and that work amazing!!!!!! now i will save $10 for boost tether
