Can anyone help. I can't for whatever reason play videos in portrait. The picture is always in the wrong aspect ratio, and stretched. If I switch to landscape it is fine. Iv'e tried all settings and can't change it. Any feedback gratefully received. Thanks, Mark

Dropped my s3, a few hairline cracks on bottom left hand corner. Try and turn the phone on, I get welcome tune and LCD lights up but the screen remains black. What's the crack guys? Is it a trip to the repair shop or is there something I can do. Cheers.

Would appreciate some assistance. My stock SMS has stopped working. I downloaded GO and Hand, they both look ok but I can't get either to notify me when a text comes in. No sound no icon, notification settings are fine. Tried with the stock application both enabled and disabled. Confused!

Forgive my ignorance guys, bit of a novice.... The Jelly Bean update is coming soon (apparently 29/08), I have a GS3 and would like to know how I will get the update when it's released. Thanks, Blenc.
