    Help Does you phone work with Kies?

    Hi there. I have no problem copying files via Kies. However, everytime I try to update Firmware it says my phone isn't compatible (or something like that). If I unplug it and try it again it asks for my serial number. When I put that it, it tells me to type in again, and does just that again...
