Help Does you phone work with Kies?

Hi there.

I have no problem copying files via Kies. However, everytime I try to update Firmware it says my phone isn't compatible (or something like that). If I unplug it and try it again it asks for my serial number. When I put that it, it tells me to type in again, and does just that again and again.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Any solutions?

I think you should reinstall Kies and update your driver Samsung for your computer.
