Recently acquired a new galaxy S5 that has had the lollipop update applied within hours of me buying it.
A few issues I have noticed
1.) Power Saving Mode randomly turns itself off
2.) Keyboard "vibration when tapped" randomly turns itself off.
3.) Using My Files to move files between device...
My last S3 received the kitkat update a few week ago. I absolutely hated it. Especially the GPS function. Every time I turned the GPS on it would 1.) Automatically Switch it over to high accuracy, which consumes more battery and then I had to manually switch it back to wifi and towers or just...
That nobody has been able to figure out how to unlock the bootloader on the S3 with Android 4.3.
I assume this must be real difficult and that someone somewhere (at samsung?) has the key to unlock it?
I have a 32 gb Samsung Class 10 sd card. Twice now I have lost my data on it and a weird folder structure gets written to the card. Anyone have any idea what these "u" folders are and why it keeps happening?
Why won't my S3 send text message with pictures over WiFi but it will over mobile data.
Also, I use the stock e-mail client and it won't send or receive email messages over wifi, but it will using mobile data.
Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?
Looking at 3 different extended batteries that I can use with the stock back cover on my GS3. Anyone have experience with either one of these?

Been doing some experimenting the past few days trying to figure out why there has been massive battery drain with the 4.3 upgrade. Turns out that something with the new 4.3 software and having mobile data turned on is draining the battery extremely fast. I just haven't been able to figure...
How do erase the log where all of the people I have sent e-mail to or received e-mail from is stored?
How do I prevent the phone from storing e-mail addresses from everyone I respond or reply to?
This is rather annoying.
I'm using the stock e-mail program built into the S3 and these would be...
When you launch google navigation it brings you to this screen. Is there a shortcut to launch the GPS mode only like when you pick the map icon in the upper right corner of this screen?
My phone is rooted and I have the stock ROM.
Assuming that the DX2 will receive the 2.3.5 update at some point...will I have to SBF the phone back to stock before accepting the OTA update when and if it comes out?
Since rooting, I've removed all of the verizon bloatware APK files from system/app and put them on my SD card. I want to remove social networking but I don't know which APK is the correct file. I removed SocialMessaging.apk and SocialShare.apk but those weren't the correct ones.
Anyone know...

How or why is this happening?
I justed rooted my droid x2 and am still stock with 2.3.4 and I do not have bootstrap installed yet. What happens now if I do a factory reset? Will my phone still be rooted?

Tomorrow I will be an owner of a new X2. Currently I have an HTC Eris that is rooted and I sometimes use the USB tether.
Do you have to be rooted on the X2 to use the USB tether option or will I have to use PDAnet if it is not rooted?
Any reason that I keep getting a google sign-in authentication error and have to keep signing in with a goofy password? This is happening 1/2 dozen times per day lately.
That will automatically turn 3g/data off when the phone goes into sleep mode and then turn it back on when awake. Saw an app in the market called data on demand but it doesn't work on CDMA devices.
