    Google Play Store payment won't process payment

    Hi guys, Trying to troubleshoot an issue on a friend's Galaxy Tab with the Google Play store. When I try to download a track or an album, it comes up with the message "Please tap "Continue" to add a payment method and complete your purchase". I tap continue and it takes me to the payment...
