    Help Samsung s3 Shv-e210L

    Hey I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy s3 thinking it was a I-9300 but I received a SHV-e210l. Which I read was faster so hey that's cool. but it won't connect to Att. Tried calling Att but no luck. I think the phone has been rooted. I am not to android so any advice would be very helpful to...
