    Root need help flashing roms

    In order to install cm12 on my htc one m8 i must have H boot version 3.19.000. In order to do that the "Your CID number must be exactly the same. If it's written "HTC__001" it means you can't flash it, if your CID is "02__001". The whole text must match!" i have checked my CID and it says...
