    Help What the heck is this icon?

    Periodically, an icon appears in my status bar, and I can't find out what it is. Nothing shows in the notifications pertaining to it when it appears. It's shaped like home plate with a plus sign in it. I can't find any info on it anywhere. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks!

    I have never rooted a phone, and frankly, doing so scares me a bit. Is it possible to make the D3 a wifi hot spot without rooting? I'm getting a Kindle Fire, and having the ability to use the phone as a wifi hot spot appeals to me. Thanks!

    Anyone having trouble with the Market tonight?
