Help Strange network issues
Wondering if anyone has had this issue before. I just got this phone a few weeks ago (I'm on Sprint). I started to have an issue where the device wouldn't update (PRL, profile, etc.). I called Sprint Tech Support and they stated that the device needed at least 3 bars in order to do the update...- bstubby122
