    Help Charging Issue

    Hello everyone.. My galaxy y is having charging issue.. I just plug in the charger and it says battery full. Today my battery was at 50%.. I plugged in and it says battery full.. And if i unplug and start using.. it drains .. Like come to 30% in half hour.. what should i do
