Help Camera

Hello everyone
I have galaxy Y.. I had Nokia 5250 Earlier.. I used to turn my mobile and take my pictures.. But now in galaxy y.. when i do that.. it looks like i have zoomed the camera.. but i have not.. i m not getting how to explain this.. But the camera is like its zoomed already..
Is there any app which can fix the issue..
