My Acer Liquid Z220 keeps losing OEM settings & I am forced to reset to OEM time & time again. What am I doing to lose these settings?

I can't get google play music to accept the SD card (this phone only) the phone accepted the card I can save pics to it I can move apps to it I just can't download my purchased music to the card. Been in contact with google. They say must be a hardware issue. Anyone else have this issue?

I dunno I've just never really considered them at all before. Anyone using one?
