    Help Problem to enable Accessibility in apps

    Hello, i have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Everything works perfectly but i dont know why it wont let me enable accesibility to any app or even Talkback. I go to: settings->Accessibility->and under services i tap on any of them->it gives me the option to turn on and i tap on that-> a pop up appears...
