Help Problems with LG Magna

Hi. About two weeks ago i bought LG Magna. Since the first time i turned it on there have been many problems. I can't update or install some apps (error 504), phone restarts very often, either running some app or not running anything at all, google services and other apps have stopped many times, etc.

I tried every possible solution i found on google (clearing cache, factory reset, using other google account) and it didn't work

Is it hardware or software problem? What should i do?

Sounds like a software problem centered in the operating system. You might want to reach out of LG and inquire about a reflash of the operating system.
