So, self explanatory. Wife has Note 5 and it's a great phone, but she does have quite a few little annoyances about phone. She does need to factory reset after the couple major OTA's, battery life is absolute crap lately. Chances are that clears up quite a bit of those pesky annoyances... But...

I'm a Galaxy Note 5 owner and I'm having problem with my contacts. I'll add a new contact and it dissapears a moment later. I've tried everything... I double check that it's under my "google" account instead of device or anywhere else (all my contacts are on my google account for easy access)...

My phone won't let me switch my default texting app to anything but hangouts. If I stable hangouts then I can't receive text messages. In settings it's shows that my default app has changed, but I only receive texts through Hangouts.
