My LG V10 is constantly disconnecting from Wifi because it thinks the cellular data is faster (it's not). After some research I found the issue to be the "smart network switch", but I cannot find it anywhere, including Setting > Wifi > Advanced Wifi. Does anyone else have this issue?

So apparently there is no way to set a maximum file size in the stock camera app. Every shot ends up with a file size anywhere from from 4 to 12 MB on average, with no way to control it. And this makes it dysfunctional when sharing photos by email. I could easily get by with a file size of 1MB...
